Rail Trail Mixer Saturday June 6th

SATURDAY JUNE 6th (9am - 1pm)
The Hurley Rail Trail Mixer is fast approaching.
Come out and meet your fellow neighbors on the trail.
Celebrate National Trails Day and the Quadricentennial.
Stop by the Hurley Rail Trail Committee table at Russell Road.
Children can participate in a nature scavenger hunt along the trail.
Come out as Catskills Live! launces their Quadricentennial Geocaching Challenge.
Participate in a bike ride leaving at 11am from Russell Road led by Fats in the Cats bicycle club.
Come get your Hurley Trail Mixer button and your complimentary Hurley "Rail Trail Mix."
Hannaford donated water bottles!
Come get lots of great informaton provided by organizations such as the Ulster County Health Department, Ulster County SPCA, Hurley Conservation Advisory Council, and Kingston Hospital.

Quadricentennial Geocaching Challenge

Launch of the Quadricentennial Geocaching Challenge at the Hurley Trail Mixer on Route 209 at Russell Road by Catskills Live! Trails & Wilderness Association. Youth groups throughout Ulster County are invited to design their own Quadricentennial geocaches and to participate in the adventure. Free to the public. No registration. Hurley "Trail Mixer"

We are holding the Hurley "Trail Mixer" on Saturday, June 6th 2009 from 9am - 1pm. We invite everyone out to come walk, run, bike, rollerblade, etc on the trail to celebrate National Trails Day. We also want to honor the Hudson Valley's celebration of the Quadricentennial. Stay tuned for more details!
